General Description:
A superb garden variety. with good early vigour, it bulks up quickly,
and has dark, erect foliage and uniform pure white, long stems with no sign of bulbing. Midseason maturity with
a very good rust and bolting tolerance, it keeps in good condition over a long period until required for the kitchen.

Sowing Instructions:
Sow 3mm (1/8in) deep in good seed sowing compost in March. Germination takes 10-14 days at 13-15C (55-60F).
Growing Instructions:
When large enough to handle, transplant the seedlings to boxes and when well grown gradually acclimatise to outdoor conditions and plant out in late May or early June. Plant
15x38cm (6x15in) apart, making 10-15cm (4-6in) deep holes. Drop the seedling into the hole and fill the hole with water NOT SOIL.
Aftercare Instructions:
Earth up the stems as growth develops and harvest in late autumn and through the winter.
