Message: I have strawberry plants for the first time and put them into plastic pots.There was only one goos size strawberry the rest were small and flat bottomed.The plant bear fruit for 2 months and not just leaves and runners.What do I do with them over the winter and to use them again next year?

Message: Last year we had loads of strawberries, but this year everytime the strawberries ripen, wasps and what look like small hornets are getting there before we have time to pick them. Any ideas?

Message: I have only had two small strawberry fruit off my plant and now it has gone into runner phase. This is my first year at growing stawberries will i have to wait untill next year to have more fruit or would it be advisable to cut the runner back?
