Abraham Lincoln is an heirloom tomato variety dating back to 1923. The plant itself is remarkably healthy and produces a good branch structure. Its claim to fame is the large size of the tomatoes it produces. As well as size, the tomatoes have a thin skin combined with extremely solid flesh.

This makes Abraham Lincoln ideal for slicing up for salads and other dishes. It retains its shape extremely well.

If you grow this variety, be aware that the foliage has a natural slight bronze colouring to the leaves. The only known supplier in the UK is Victoriana Nursery.
