Message: I have not grown vegetables for a very long time. I have retired now and my son is going to help me with a small plot in the back garden. I think it's more for his benefit than mine.

Message: My beautiful peas which were about 10" tall have been eaten by something - could it be pigeons? Its not rabbits as I have fencing around my plot. Is there anything I can spray them with to stop them being eaten as I feel I am losing the battle to wildlife !
