Cara Potato

General Description:
This potato is a late maincrop variety with strong and late maturing foliage. It has a high resistance to bruising, and a good resistance to potato virus.
Cara is moderately susceptible to slug damage.

Plant:
Cara is a very tall erect plant with few stems. It has small, mid green, light gloss closed
leaves. The leaves are small broad and rough with primary leaves and with
a plain margin. It also has many small pointed secondary leaves.

FLOWERS:
Cara has a few white flowers on a short stalk. with many berries.
COOKING USES:
Cara is excellent for:
Boiling
Wedges
Baking
Chipping
