General Description:
This is a second early maturity, with a high yield and early bulking.
It has a good resistance to drought, damage and bruising. It
is of a medium dry matter with a firm texture when cooked and moderate
colour when fried.

The Plant:
The plant is erect, sprawling later, and of medium
height, with light green glossy open leaves.
|
APPEARANCE
The tubers are oval, large, with smooth a light yellow skin, light yellow flesh,
and shallow eyes.
The leaf is medium sized with smooth primary leaflets with slightly wavy margin.
It has a small number of secondaries with few flowers on a medium
stalk and very rarely has berries.
COOKING USES
This variety is excellent for
Boiling,
Wedges and
Baking.
