General Description:
Winston is a first early maturity with early bulking producing high early yields of few large uniform
tubers which are round oval with white, smooth skin, creamy flesh, and
with shallow eyes They are of low dry matter.

Plant:
The Winston potato plant is medium spreading with a few thick pigmented stems. it has
medium sized mid green glossy leaves. |
Flowers:
The Winston flowers which are few are pale purple on a short stalk and it is rare
to have berries.
