The aquatics centre a was hosted by
Maidenhead
Aquatics.
The range of tropical and coldwater fish for sale was truly
astonishing especially given the size of this sales area. All the fish
looked healthy and well-kept. There was also a comprehensive range of
aquatic accessories including a full range of tanks at various prices
and sizes. If you keep fish and live near Woodlands then it's well worth
a trip. Even someone with little interest in fish will find the aquatics
centre well worth viewing. Woodlands stock no pets as far as we
could see, however they had a moderate range of pet accessories. Restaurant / Cafe Facilities
It was attractive, clean and airy. On our visit there were free
shoulder massages available from a local business at the entrance!
The cafe caters for groups and this is made clear on the
advertising boards. The service was excellent with almost no queues for
food and tables readily available. We rate the cafe as one of
the best for the choice and quality of hot main meals. The range of
snacks and drinks was also of high quality. Our expert tea drinker rated

Hinckley along the A447 Hinckley to Ibstock road. Visitors traveling
from Coventry and Leicester should exit the M69 from Junction 1. Look
out for our brown tourist signs. Summary The aquatics centre is excellent and the Courtyard Cafe
offers excellent meals and snacks at very competitive prices. COMMENTS

The Courtyard Cafe at Woodlands has 240 seats and a
full range of main meals, snacks and drinks. The main seating area
is circular with areas off it for more seating.
The standard of food at the Courtyard Cafe was high. The food tasted
home-cooked and the portions of the main meals were extremely generous.

Wheel chairs are available on site with no charge and no deposit
required. The aisles round the various areas allowed easy access most of
the time, although a couple of areas were on the narrow side for
manipulating a wheel chair round corners. We did not see any areas which
could not be reached using a wheel chair.
The toilets were clean with no queues.

We recommend Woodlands for all your gardening needs. The
range of plants available is large and it's easy to find your way
around. The prices are average for a large garden centre but look out
for some very attractive special offers.
