Message: we planted a Japenese maple bloodgood tree a couple of weeks ago in northern new jersey

We watered it that day and have watered it very night (it has not rained) but now the leaves are starting to curl up.

we had planted a japenese maple last year in the same spot just as a string of 100 degree days hit and the tree died.

are we watering it too often or is there something we can use to try to keep it from dieying?
