Rosa Bennett's Seedling was first introduced in 1840 by Henry Bennett. It was found by chance in a hedgerow.

COMMENTS   The rose Bennett's Seedling is a cluster-flowered Climbing rose. Superb double flower and dense glossy green. The scent is said to resemble cloves.

This variety can also be grown as a shrub rose with the correct pruning.
