Rosa Intrigue is a superb  floribunda rose with stems often long enough for cut flowers.
It can be grown as a standard but do tie it well to a stake.

COMMENTS   The rose Intrigue is a cluster-flowered floribunda rose.

Generally thought to have good disease and pest resistance. However it is not as sturdy in windy weather as some other floribunda roses.
