In common with other garden centres of this size the
were no other attractions such as a cafe, the space is simply not
available at the moment.
Disabled Facilities
The only disappointing area was disabled access. Two thirds of the garden
centre was accessible to a wheelchair but the plant area to the right of
the garden centre was not suitable for wheelchair access. There was a
ridge in the entrance to that area which made it difficult to manoeuvre.
The right hand area was also paved in rough gravel which
would also make it very difficult for a wheelchair. However, the left
hand plant area and the central covered area were fine for wheelchair
access. The staff will bring plants out of the unsuitable area for
viewing in the covered area.

Summary
Littlehurst Nurseries certainly deserves the title of nursery because
70% of the plants are grown on site. But at the same time it offers more
than most nurseries because of the range of non-plant gardening items on
offer.
The plants are in excellent condition and keenly priced.
We were impressed and we recommend it highly.
